All of our main units have a 1 year warranty, there is a warranty card in each item’s package, please fill in the card once you receive it. To get another 6 months’ free warranty service, you can go to our brand website www.xeccon.com service policy to register your internet warranty card.
Lifetime limited warranty. After 12 months of free warranty service, Xeccon will provide lifetime limited warranty service. Xeccon will only charge the actual material cost, no additional labor cost.
1.All items can be returned within 7 days after you have received your product. Returned item must be in original, brand new condition. Before returning, please contact our Customer Service Department to get approval for returning.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped and was not the item ordered or wrong in color), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. You can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Quality issues upon receipt: We’ll offer a full refund or an exchange for free when get the returned item (please do not sign the broken package in).
4. Man-made failure or damage: We still provide you with maintenance service, but you need to pay for the postage both ways, material cost and 5-10USD labor cost.
5. Canceling Orders: No charges are assessed for canceling orders before shipping, or 20%-40% of the refund will be charged after we receive the item.
6. Repair return: If your item is still under warranty, you can contact our customer service directly for a return request, once we fix it, we’ll arrange to send it back ASAP and inform you of the shipping information. Or you need to pay for return postage both ways and the repair material cost and we’ll send you an invoice before you ship.
7. RAM number: each item has a RAM number for returning, please claim it before you send the item back for a fast queue handle.
